Founded in 2007 by experienced professionals, DeConseil is an exciting young company to work with because of its expertise, experience and a dynamic work culture. It is our belief that the critical ingredient for unlocking the potential of any business is a blend of leadership and a financial support  system, both of which are scarce in supply. Mr. Gaurav Shah is the Group Managing Director & CEO of the DeGroup of Companies and is currently based in Singapore. He has a degree in Business Administration from Mumbai University. Gaurav, 30, has worked with TAS, VNPL, NetCore, JPMC.

During his professional journey he has lived in various countries including India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He has closely worked with clients like Wockhardt Hospitals, Actis Biologics amongst others.

Gaurav brings in the necessary global experience, business acumen and intelligence to run a niche group of companies successfully and help clients truly optimize their critical resources.
