DeGroup - Message from our CEO

 

I am extremely proud and privileged to serve DeGroup as its Group Managing Director and CEO. I would take this opportunity to first thank you for the time you have spent knowing about us here.

The entire world saw a couple of tumultuous years which has changed the dynamics of people's thought processes. The unique challenges that the meltdown has brought to the business world by far need to be overcome only by genuine excellence and innovation in what each one of us are doing.

For us, Excellence begins when we know that being good or even competent won't carry the day, when doing more or trying harder won't bridge the gap, when excellence is simply the only alternative.

Excellence is not a matter of ability, knowledge or practice. It cannot be taught, imposed, or wished into existence. Excellence is a matter of the stand we are and the stand we take - a stand that allows for performance that surpasses what was previously possible, performance that defies old limits and maps new territory. And yes, it's truly a JOURNEY, and NOT A ONE TIME THING...

My key challenge here is to summarize, what is it about us that drives our success with our clients. That one thing that differentiates us from the rest.

Is it our cross-vertical expertise and experience across multi-functional practices? Or is it our methodologies? Is it our access to global resources? Or is it Excellence in everything we do?

While all of them are true and definitely important for our success, it is none of these. It is the most fundamental expression of our Client-first attitude. So, when you seek critical resources, we seek what matters the most. YOUR SUCCESS.

We do not have the "Makers of Super-Man" paradigm in our behaviour. It is the relationships, that we have established makes us and our clients successful.

We strongly believe, It is not the strongest of the species that survive, or the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.
